More Bread Baking
I baked a white loaf the other day and it looked great. I used another bread recipe from my Better Homes and Garden Cookbook. However, I found the bread to taste a little dry for my taste. I think next time I will try more milk and/or butter in the dough to see if it’ll make it more moist. Although the white bread failed for sandwiches, the kids and I found that it was the perfect texture for absorbing the custard for French toast.
