South Beach Phase 2

So here’s what I’ve ate and done (or didn’t do) over the past few days.  I know some of the stuff is in the avoid list, but I was staying at someone’s house for the holiday.  Not too much I can do when someone else is cooking.

Current weight: 131

Breakfast:

12/30: 2 hard boiled eggs with soy sauce

12/31: breakfast ‘sandwich’

1/1: leftover chicken kabobs

1/2: oatmeal with splenda and cinnamon

Lunch:

12/30: turkey sandwich

12/31:  creamed spinach, ground beef with bitter melon, and roti

1/1: hamburger

1/2: keema with whole wheat tortillas

Dinner:

12/30: sirloin steak and asparagus

12/31: chicken kabobs and roti

1/1: none (had lunch late)

1/2: roasted chicken with broccoli stir-fry
