South Beach Update
So, I decided I’ll end phase 1 early and jump into phase 2 of my weight loss. I weighed myself this morning and am already down to 131! It may be mostly water weight, but i think that is a lot of weight in a little time. Phase 2 should make my loss more gradual. And frankly, I’m sick of eating eggs and cheese every freakin’ day!! So day 5 of my diet will be Phase 2.
Horray I can eat fruit and grains!
